BLACKPINK's Jisoo ranks 2nd on the US Billboard 'Global 200' with 'FLOWER'

Group BLACKPINK's Jisoo has made it to the upper ranks of the US Billboard Global Chart.



According to Billboard's Twitter on the 10th (local time), Jisoo's solo single 'ME' and its title track 'FLOWER' ranked 2nd on both the Billboard 'Global 200' and 'Billboard Global Excl. U.S' latest charts dated the 15th.


'FLOWER' has recorded approximately 187 million streams and 21,000 sales (downloads) worldwide. Billboard explained that it is the "third-highest first-week streaming record since the launch of the global chart." 1st place goes to BLACKPINK's Lisa with 'LALISA' (152.6 million), and 2nd place goes to global pop star Olivia Rodrigo's 'Drivers License' (130.1 million).


Billboard continued, "Jisoo has become the third member to enter the top 10 of both charts, following Rosé and Lisa," highlighting the success of past BLACKPINK solo projects.


Meanwhile, Jisoo's 'ME' ranked 38th on the UK Official Singles Chart and 6th on Spotify's Daily Top Songs Global, setting the highest record for a K-pop female solo artist.
